The Founders:
The Story of Taman Ganesha
Taman Ganesha Retreats is the result of a remarkable journey spanning generations. Originally envisioned by Klaus, a German artist, and brought to life by local builders Pak Putu and Pak Komang, the property has evolved into a sanctuary of healing, connection, and community. In 2023, Sue and Robert began restoring the retreat alongside the original families, preserving its unique spirit while creating a peaceful place where guests can reconnect with nature, culture, and themselves.
